RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in a state suitable for resale.

For perfume and cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the protective seal or packaging has been opened, due to hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Return Process

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing via email or through the return request form available on our website within the 14-day period.

After notification, the product must be sent back within 10 days to the following address:

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify compliance with the return conditions.

Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

If the withdrawal is based on personal preference or any reason other than a product defect, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Any outbound shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

For valid withdrawal requests, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice, provided that the returned product has been received and verified.
